DOGS CAN SEE COLOR EXPLAIN

How Dogs See:
The dog's eyes work as much as a camera.
- Light enters through the reader. The iris, a structure that can expand and adapt, controls the amount of light allowed.
- Light passes through the cornea with a clear lens, which focuses light on the retina, a light-sensitive layer.
- The retina consists of color-sensitive nodules and moving and shiny rods, all of which convert light into electrical signals.
- Cones and rods send these signals through the optic nerve to the brain, which creates an image on them.
- Dogs have only two types of cones, compared with three types of human eyes. Because of this, dogs do not distinguish as many colors as humans.
- But, can dogs see color? Yes, dogs can see more than just black and white. Dogs experience a similar color vision of 8 percent of red people.
research result:
When we studied what colors dogs could see, we found that dogs can see colors, but not in the same way humans do.
- People can see the rainbow of variations including violet, blue, green, yellow, orange and red. Dogs can only see blue, yellow and other shades of gray.
- The dogs would see a rainbow as dark yellow (brown), light yellow, gray, light blue, and dark blue.
- Dogs do not see red, violet, or orange like us. Therefore, when it is found that dogs detect yellow, blue, and gray shadows, if the dog were to look at a red or green uniform it would appear as dark brown, gray or blurred.
